How the weeks work

Four necessities, every week

Every week runs the same loop. In cohort mode the fourth necessity is live: a facilitated gathering where what you tried gets named out loud, including what failed.

01

Dissonance

The week opens with a teaching and a question that is deliberately not resolved for you.

02

Reflection

A private guided conversation that holds the tension and surfaces what you actually believe.

03

Practice

One embodied step, small enough to happen this week, specific enough to be asked about.

04

Community

A live gathering with your facilitator and group, plus a board that stays open between weeks.

The arc

6 weeks, one movement

Dates shown are for the Oct 14 cohort. Content is identical in both modes.

A great message has been reduced to a small transaction.

Where it comes from

Reframation (2019, with Mark Nelson)

Every reading, case and prompt in this course is drawn from the published corpus. Nothing here is invented for the format — the course is the book taught the way it was meant to be learned: in practice, with others.
